    Is there a dining location that serves breakfast but is NOT a buffet anywhere in the resort?

    Hi Amanda - there definitely are places where you can order a la carte.  Most of the non-character, non-buffet table-service restaurants are located in the Walt Disney World hotels.

    My personal favorite is the Kona Cafe, located at the Polynesian resort.  Kona has the best coffee on property in my opinion, and the Tonga Toast is one of my favorite breakfast entrees ever.
