Hi, there!
Danielle, I'm so pleased to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Now more than ever is the time to visit!
Dining with a big group is sure to be BIG fun. My extended family of 14 vacationed together a few years ago, and meal time was definitely something we looked forward to each day. It gave us the chance to take a break from our pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks and with so many incredible
Table-Service restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can bet we enjoyed lots of delicious food!
When dining with your large group, each party within the larger group will be billed separately. The parties with a
dining plan will pay for their meals with their dining plan entitlements, and the parties without a dining plan will pay for their meals out-of-pocket.
Making dining reservations for a group of 14 is relatively easy. Most reservations for a party that size can be made online. When I made dining reservations for my extended family of 14, there were just a few that I had to make over the phone because some restaurants, like
San Angel Inn Restaurante, are unable to process reservations online for a party size larger than 11.
In the instance of
Cinderella's Royal Table, you'll need to call the dining line to make the reservation for your unique group. This
Signature Dining Experience does accept the
Disney Dining Plan and
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan as acceptable forms of pre-payment, but it's made a bit complicated by the fact that not everyone in your party will be using a dining plan. When you call the dining line at (407) 939-1947, a friendly Cast Member will help you make the reservation using dining plan entitlements as the pre-payment for the Guests in your party with a dining plan and a credit card for the Guests who don't.
I hope this was helpful, Danielle. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Ashley
