Hi there Jillian!  I must say you have made some absolutely fabulous dining choices, so your visit to Walt Disney World will be a very tasty one!

    My recommendations would be:

Les Chefs de France in Epcot!  This is one of my favorite restaurants, and during lunch, Remy, The Little Chef himself greets guests!  My favorite here is the Gratin de Macaroni...oh so yummy!

Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian is another one of my favorites and is often overlooked!  This laid back restaurant located in the Polynesian boasts traditional Island favorites with a modern culinary twist!  My favorite here is the Asian noodle bowl.

The Wave, located in the Contemporary Resort is another often overlooked dining location!  This restaurant is not a signature, but has great atmosphere and delicious continental fare.  This place prides itself on using lots of local and organic ingredients and I've never been disappointed with a meal at The Wave.

Beaches and Cream Soda fountain is one of my favorite spots on property!  Located at the Beach Club Resort, this old-timey ice cream shoppe and diner is such a fun and unique place to dine!  They have delicious hand-patted hamburgers and yummy homemade chili!  When you're finished eating, the two of you can have a blast trying to conquer Beaches and Cream's signature dessert "The Kitchen Sink." (Note: Beaches and Cream does not accept reservations)

I'm all out of room :(.  Please follow up if I can provide some additional options, or expound on any of these!
