After Dining at The Grand Californian, can we enter the park with our valid tickets? We would not be hotel guests, just dining guests.

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you plan on dining at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Some of my favorite meals ever on Disneyland Resort property have been in this hotel. I just love Mickey's Tales of Adventure Breakfast Buffet at Storytellers Cafe. It offers the perfect mix of classic breakfast favorites plus fun dishes with a twist all while meeting Mickey and his pals. For dinner it's hard to beat the stunning decor and Californian cuisine at Napa Rose. Whether you want a more formal meal in the main dining room or a casual evening in the lounge, you will have an unforgettable experience.

The Disney California Adventure Park entrance located inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is primarily for Guests staying at this hotel. During morning hours at park opening you will find Cast Members are very strict about seeing your hotel room key if you wish to use this entrance. If you have proof of your meal at the hotel, the Cast Members may let you utilize this entrance even if you are not a hotel Guest, particularly during midday when this entrance isn't as crowded. My advice is to always check to see if you can utilize the entrance after your meal, and if not, you can walk through the hotel to the Downtown Disney District which will lead you to the main entrance of both parks.

I hope this helps, and please feel free to return if you need any more assistance planning your practically perfect vacation. Have a magical day!
