    We will be dining in the evening at Akershus with 6 and 7 yr old girls in February, They are not huge princess fans, we are just doing it for the experience. Will most girls be dressed like princesses? I don't want our girls feeling funny or left out?

    Hi Theresa!

         Your girls will feel right at home at Restaurant Akershus, well as "right at home" as one can feel in a Norwegian Castle!  Don't worry, only about 1/4 of the little girls that I usually see are decked out in their royal threads.  The princesses are very good at reading children's moods and will adjust their visit at your table accordingly.  No matter what, I'm sure that both you and your girls will have a great time here!
