    Hello Carl,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. In just a few weeks, you'll be joining in The World's Most Magical Celebration - lucky you!

Visiting Walt Disney World with a toddler is so much fun! They likely won't remember the experience, but you will, and the memories you'll make are priceless. You'll get to slow down and see the magic through the eyes of your child. Plus, children under 3 are free!

This is a perfect time to try out some character meals, like Tusker House Restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom or Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios, because you'll only be charged for the adults in your party. Even though you won't have to pay for your child to eat at any of the restaurants, I recommend making a reservation for three when you book your dining experiences. That way cast members will be able to set up your tables in an area with enough space for all three of you and have a high chair ready for your little one.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
    Diane

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
