    Hi! When dining at the California Grill, do you have to do all 4 courses of the prix fixe meal, or can you order ala carte? Also, is it equally great for vegetarians? Got lucky and got fireworks reservation but want to make sure it's worth it. Thanks!

    You are welcome to order ala carte at the restaurant.  In fact, my children often just order appetizers and desserts for their dinner.  It is also a favorite restaurant of there's -- worth the splurge. 

    And California Grill is incredible for vegetarians!  The kitchen staff loves it when guests order the "vegetarian unplugged," which is not always on the menu; they often give a little "cheer" when the order comes in. It is a delicious sampling of vegetarian offerings.
