Will be dining at Boma in November. We wanted to see the animals before dinner and see that sunset is at 5:30. When do they retire the animals for the evening? Would we able to come to resort an hour or so before our reservation?

    Hi Diane!

You're going to love both Boma for dinner AND the beautiful surroundings of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

You are most definitely able to arrive early for your dinner reservation, in fact, I'd highly recommend that you do so! My family always enjoys spending a little extra time at this beautiful and unique property, inside and outside! Explore the lobby, venture out the back to Arusha Rock's elevated rock platform and take in some of the beautiful scenery and animals on the savannah. There are often Cast Members stationed out at Arusha Rock as 'guides' to answer questions and even share information and fun with the kids.

Consider arriving at Animal Kingdom Lodge around 4:30pm to allow some time to explore before dinner and prior to the sun setting.

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation and a fabulous evening dining at Boma Diane! Be sure to indulge in a delicious Zebra Dome dessert for me while you're there! ;)
