When dining at Akershus for dinner, does each adult have their choice of hot entree or must they share one? This question was asked before but the response was unclear. Hope you can help! Also which dessert is the best?

    Hi Amy,

I was always confused about how the dining at Akershus worked as well, but once you've been there, you'll see that it's really quite simple.  Each meal starts with "A Taste of Norway" - it's basically a salad bar.  You can go back as many times as you want.  In addition, every guest orders an entree from the menu.  There are several selections to please everyone.

Dessert is a sampler.  It's brought on a platter, and everyone can taste everything.  I really enjoyed the Rice Cream with Strawberry Sauce, but the other desserts were quite tasty as well.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
