Hi Connie,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you are planning to use one of the
Disney Dining Plans.
My favorite place to dine on a dining plan outside of the parks is at
Disney Springs. They have a number of fabulous
dining options. The Edison, STK Orlando, and House of Blues Restaurant & Bar are a few of my favorites for a more adult experience. On our upcoming visit with our girls, we are dining at
T-REX™ and the girls are super excited.
I also love early morning stops at
STARBUCKS® at Disney Springs West Side and love to do lunch at
D-Luxe Burger. For each of these dining locations, you should see a link on the homepage that says Some Dining Plans Accepted. Click on that link to see which dining plans are accepted and, if indicated, how many meal entitlements the restaurant requires. I always chart out all of our dining experiences to make sure that I have calculated our meal entitlement usage correctly. So, if lunch will require one table-service meal entitlement, I note the lunch location and the number of meal entitlements required on our chart.
Connie, also check restaurants at the resort hotels. California Grill, 'Ohana, and 1900 Park Fare are a few that we frequent. Remember that meal entitlements are calculated per night of stay.
Have a fabulous trip!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
