We will be going to dine at chef Mickeys at 9:05pm. We would also like to see the parade and fireworks at magic Kingdom. Parade starts at 7:45 and fireworks 8:00. Would we have time? And what is the best way to get from Magic Kingdom to Chef Mickeys?thx

    Hi Sara!

It sounds like you have a wonderful evening planned on your next Walt Disney World vacation!  Yes,  you should have just enough time to see the parade and Wishes nighttime spectacular in the Magic Kingdom before going to your Advanced Dining Reservations at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort.  The Contemporary Resort is really close to the Magic Kingdom.  The Resort Monorail would be the quickest way (it is the next stop if you get on the Resort Monorail at the Magic Kingdom).  You could also walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort because it is only a 5 to 10 minute walk.  The third way is to take a boat from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort but this is a much slower way and boats typically come every 20 minutes or so.

I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
