Hello, Kathy, and welcome to
planDisney. We are so happy to have you visiting us today. Oh Boy! I understand your concern. I have two little Mouseketeers myself and they have both visited the
parks at a very young age. I think my now 3-year olds first visit happened when she was just 4 months old. It can be challenging visiting with a baby, but the
Baby Care Centers are super helpful.
It does sound like you have already used your ticket. Since the
ticket has already been used, it is not transferable, so you will be the only one who can use the ticket. If the ticket has not yet been used, I recommend calling the
Ticket Service line so that a Cast Member can reassign the ticket to their friend.
Kathy, if you all want to take your grandson to the parks again, I recommend trying to take a couple of breaks throughout the day. Instead of opening or closing the parks, maybe arrive a little later or leave earlier. I also highly recommend plenty of snack breaks. Find a shaded area to just sit and have a drink of water or let your grandson walk around for a little bit. I remember visiting a few months after my son’s brain surgery when he was just 2-years old and he was so sensitive to sound. The Cast Member around saw his hesitation so they found ways to help distract him from the noise around him. One of the Cast Members even let him help sweep around the
Haunted Mansion.
Kathy, just hold on to your
Faith, Trust, and with a little bit of Pixie Dust, you will be on your way back to enjoying
The Happiest Place on Earth as a family.
