Hi Andrea! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and accommodating destination for all Guests. I've visited with friends and family who needed various services and accommodations to access the parks comfortably, and it was always a positive experience. I hope your upcoming visit is equally magical!
Disability Access Service (DAS) is one of these services Disneyland Resort provides to eligible Guests. There are additional services and accommodations that might also come in handy on your park day. I suggest you review the
Accessibility page if you haven't already done so. It has lots of useful information and guides. For example, when visiting with my uncle, we utilize the
Attraction Guide, which provides sensory information that helps guide which Attractions might be better avoided due to lighting or sounds that could be triggering.
If you've been approved for DAS, you'll currently find this as a tappable option on the
Disneyland mobile app only after you've entered the parks using your valid admission ticket and theme park reservation. Tap the three-bar icon on the bottom right side of the app and scroll to find the DAS tile. Once in the park, pre-registered DAS Guests can begin to book their DAS selections using the app. If you don't see the DAS tile in the app after scanning into the parks for the day, please speak with a friendly Cast Member. They're always happy to assist.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
