Hi Graeme!
Welcome to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you organise your tickets so you can start planning for your holiday at Walt Disney World. I'm excited to see you'll be arriving very soon!
Using your
My Disney Experience mobile app from the UK can be a little sporadic - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Occasionally it can make a difference by simply turning your phone's WiFi off - this helped me with making dining reservations on my mobile app. However, you should be able to link your tickets by using My Disney Experience on the disneyworld.co.uk
website. You'll need to set up an account if you haven't done so already, then go to '
Plans and Tickets', then '
Park Tickets', then '
Link Tickets'. At that point, you can enter your 12-digit Ticket ID number, and that should link your tickets to your account.
To double-check this has worked, go to '
Plans and Tickets', scroll down past '
Your Upcoming Reservation', and '
Your Planning Party' to '
My Plans, Reservations and Tickets'. Under that heading you'll see '
Daily Itinerary' and '
Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker' click on that to see if your tickets are showing up.
If you are still having difficulty linking your tickets, don't worry - you don't need them to be linked before you arrive on your holiday. Once you arrive at Walt Disney World please visit any Guest Relations window at any theme park or
Disney Springs Ticket Center who will be happy to assist you. Also, your My Disney Experience mobile app should work once you enter the US.
If you need further clarification about any of the above, please
send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you.
Sue
