Hi, Mary!
Lots of questions, so let's dive right in! The bus rides from any of the Value Resorts to the any of the theme parks will be between 20 - 30 minutes.
Buses run continuously throughout the day, so your wait time at a bus stop should never be more than about 20 minutes. While the ride is not difficult the buses get crowded, so sometimes you may need to stand. You also need to fold your stroller before boarding the bus, so you might need to juggle a few things quickly when the bus arrives.
In the theme parks, there are plenty of rides and attractions for your
little one to enjoy. Magic Kingdom will probably be the park of choice for your Mouseketeer, with family friendly options like "it's a small world" and "Peter Pan's Flight" just to name a few. Disney's Hollywood Studios is home to "Toy Story Mania" which kids of all ages love. Epcot is home to
"The Seas with Nemo & Friends" and Disney's Animal Kingdom has
"TriceraTop Spin" for your little one's enjoyment!
While Walt Disney World stays busy throughout the year, late August and early September seem to slow down a bit since kids are getting back to school. You will sometimes find
special offers during this time period which is a great way to save money on your vacation.
The best thing to remember is that our kids get tired quickly with all the magic! Naps, regular meal times, and early bedtimes are so important to keep the kids in tip-top shape for meeting Mickey! Enjoy!
