I have 6 different resort room reservations during my upcoming Oct visit, ? Do I need to check in at the front desk at all resorts or just the initial one? First time trying so many places:) already did online checkin. Thank you moms!

Hi, Gina. You have quite the adventure planned!

Each of your Walt Disney World Resort room reservations are separate reservations, even if they are during consecutive nights. You will need to check-in and check-out for each resort you are staying at. Some Walt Disney World Resort hotels now have a Direct-to-room Check-In where you will receive a text and / or an email with your room number information when your room is ready. If you do receive this, you do not need to go to the front desk and check-in and can go straight to your room if you would like.

During our last Walt Disney World Resort visit this past May, my family stayed at three separate Walt Disney World Resort hotels. We were not as ambitious as you are, but we loved having the chance to experience several different hotels. In the morning before we left for the Theme Parks, we left our luggage with Bell Services and informed them of our next hotel. Later in the afternoon, our items were magically waiting for us at Bell Services of our new hotel. It worked wonderfully!

Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Gina!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
