    What will be different during our trip - limited due to covid? Also, I'm looking for a customer service number to help plan our trip. do you offer fast track passes during covid?

    Hi there, Tara! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for your visit! I see you may have a holiday visit to Walt Disney World on the horizon; how exciting! As is true for many, this may also be the first time you’re returning to the magic in the midst of these unprecedented times. Do not fear, Tara! That Disney Magic you know and love is there for you now more than ever. A few things may look different, and I will attempt to outline those for you!
     
    First off, you will see that face coverings are required in interior spaces plus aboard Disney transportation. There is also an emphasis on enhanced cleaning protocols and the promotion of social distancing. You can see more details of these policies and procedures on the Experience Updates pages of the Walt Disney World website. Next, you will notice that FastPass+ service is no longer offered. Instead, we have welcomed Disney Genie into our midst! This complimentary offering is a part of the Walt Disney World app and can help you plan your best Disney day! In addition, if you are looking to “fast track” your days, you can invest in Disney Genie+, a new way to shorten waits and access must-do activities more quickly! Plus, with additional lightning lane selections, you can enjoy more of your favorite attractions more quickly and enjoy your days to the fullest. Of course, all these additional services are optional, and traditional queues are still available for all! For additional information, the Contact Us page of the Walt Disney World website has all the most useful numbers for you to call. I’d start with Disney Reservations for all your booking needs!
