I love that you've booked a split-stay. When you stay at two (or more!) different Disney Resort hotels in a single vacation, you can experience the unique amenities and themes of the

You ask excellent questions about your split-stay. If you arrive at your first Disney Resort hotel before your room is ready, you can leave your bags with Bell Services. When your room is available, just swing by Bell Services to gather your bags! On the day you check-out of your first Disney Resort hotel and check-in to your second, take all your bags to Bell Services to request a hotel transfer. They'll tag all your bags and transfer them to your second Disney Resort hotel at no charge! The transfer can take several hours, so be prepared to be without your bags until late afternoon. And it's important to note that Bell Services will not transfer perishable items, so you'll be responsible for moving those items yourself. When your bags arrive at your second Disney Resort hotel, they'll be waiting for you at the Bell Services desk there!
Have you completed the Online Check-In Process yet? With
Direct-to-Room Service, you'll receive a notification when your room is ready. That means you can skip the Front Desk altogether!
