What are all the differences between Tron Lightcycle Power Run in China and the version in Florida? Does the canopy light up in a different way at night?

Hi Shen! Welcome back to planDisney!

There is nothing quite like a great thrill ride to add to an unforgettable day at the Walt Disney World Resort. While there are a few to choose from, TRON Lightcycle / Run at the Magic Kingdom has quickly become a favorite of mine. Between the high speeds and immersive storytelling, this is one you will not want to skip on your park day.

After speaking to a few of my fellow planDisney panelists, it seems like each version of TRON Lightcycle / Run are carbon copies of each other. I watched a few ride videos from Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland, and the tracks are just about the same. They have similar light-up features on the canopies outside of the ride that can be seen when riding at night. Whether you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World or Shanghai Disneyland, you should get the same experience at either one.

One thrill ride that you can't pass up is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This attraction can be found at EPCOT and has quickly become a fan favorite since its debut. I won't give away any spoilers, but it's unlike any thrill attraction that you have yet to ride. I highly recommend checking this out on your next visit!

Shen, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay! Stop back and see us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
