    What is the difference between a value ticket and a tier 1 ticket ?

    Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Paola!

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are VERY excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets!

    This is a great question! Based on my investigative skills, this is what I found out...

    Mickey Mouse has put together a very handy webpage explaining the breakdown of a one-day Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. To answer your question, a one-day Tier 1 Disneyland Theme Park Ticket is the most economical and historically available to use when school is in session. At this time, Tier 1 tickets are not able to be used at any of the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks until July 1, 2021. Guests ARE allowed to book a Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation for a one-day Value Ticket right now; however, there are some blackout dates to be aware of at this time:

    * April 30, 2021
    * May 1 to 16, 2021
    * May 21 to 23, 2021
    * May 28 to 31, 2021
    *June 4 to 7, 2021
    *June 10 to 14, 2021
    *June 17 to 21, 2021
    *June 24 to 28, 2021

    When you are ready to make your Disneyland Theme Park Reservation, I highly recommend you check out the Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar to make sure a reservation is available on the day you plan to visit THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!

    If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
