What is the difference between tier 1 and tier 2

    Hello there Mohamed,

Welcome to planDisney! It is always such a pleasure to be able to help International Guests like you to plan a trip to the Disneyland Resort. It really is the Happiest Place on Earth!

If you're only planning to visit the Disneyland Resort for one day, then you'll purchase 1-day theme park tickets. These 1-day tickets follow a tiered system for days from Tier 0 up to Tier 6. The higher-tier tickets are more expensive but have fewer blockout dates. From what I've seen, days that require higher-tier tickets also tend to be busier days at the parks. To summarize, the only differences between the tiers are their cost and the days they're able to be used to enter the parks.

It looks like you indicated you're planning to arrive for your trip on June 30 of this year. Looking at the 1-Day Theme Park Ticket FAQ page, it looks like you would need to purchase at least a Tier 5 ticket to enter the parks on that day as the lower-tiered tickets are blocked out on that date.

As you get closer to your visit, make sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog! They have really helpful articles about all the different things happening around the Disneyland Resort.

Thanks again for your question, Mohamed! Make sure to come back and see us here at planDisney if you think of any follow-up questions as you continue to plan your trip. We'd love to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
