    What is the difference between a standard room and a preferred room in the All Star Music resort?

    Hi Lisa,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. The difference that exist is not only in this particular resort but preferred rooms at Disney's Resort means that those rooms are located near to bus stop and the food court. Usually, they are in the buildings number one or  ten. It's like paying a little extra to be closer to use the resort amenities without having to walk too much.
