    What is the difference in a standard room and a preferred room at All Star Music Resort?

    Hello, Daisy,

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Disney's All-Star Music Resort offers both Preferred Rooms and Standard Rooms. The Preferred Rooms are the ones closest to Melody Hall (where the Intermission Foodcourt is located), Calypso Pool, and the bus stop. The two buildings that house the Preferred Rooms are #1 and #10 known as Calypso.  While the distance to Melody Hall is different between the two types of rooms, the amenities and size are the same.
