    What is the difference between the Standard Room with an Arusha View and the Standard Room at the Kilimanjaro Club Level Room in the AK Lodge? According to the room types and rates chart they both have an Arusha view. Is this accurate or is this wrong?

    Hi Dorothy,

    We stayed in a standard room on the concierge level of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge in March.  The room was lovely, the treats at the concierge lounge were delicious, and the members of the guest services staff were outstanding but we did not have a view of the savanna from our room.  We had a lovely view of the pool instead.  If a savanna view is important to you, then I suggest you book a non-concierge room.  The concierge rooms are on the top floor of the resort and thus are a bit further removed from the animals.  If you want to be closer to the animals, you will be better off on a lower floor.
