What is the difference between PhotoPass and Memory Maker? Is PhotoPass where you purchase per printed picture and Memory Maker are available to download online for 30 days after taking the photo? Thank you :)

    Welcome back, Harry!

Disney PhotoPass Service is a complimentary photo service available to all Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. PhotoPass photographers are located throughout the theme parks, water parks and at select character dining experiences. It is so easy to collect your photos. Have the PhotoPass photographer scan either your MagicBand or a PhotoPass Card and your photos will magically appear in your My Disney Experience account. Select attractions offer on-ride photos (and some even video), so you will be able to capture your memories in various venues around the resort.

Memory Maker is a digital product you can purchase that allows you to download ALL your PhotoPass memories. So, instead of paying for individual photos, Memory Maker provides a 30-day window to download all the media (photos and videos) from your vacation as many times as you wish. If you decide to print your photos outside your home, a photo release is included with your download.

I hope this helps to clear up any confusion and distinguishes between the PhotoPass Service and the Memory Maker product.  Please let us know if we can be of further help!

Wishing you many magical memories with your family!
