What is the difference between Liberty Tree Tavern at lunch and dinner? We have never ate there and need recommendations on which time to eat!

Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Trista! And hear ye, hear ye! Thou shalt adore the fare at Liberty Tree Tavern no matter the time on the grandfather clock!

You’re right that there is a menu difference between lunch and dinner, with some of the same foods being offered. You will find that is ordered a la carte, with the famous Declaration Salad being featured as well as a burger, Fish N Chips and a Freedom Pasta. At dinner, the table is served family style with a fixed menu. The declaration salad once again starts the meal, with a main platter of Turkey, Famous Pot Roast, Carved Pork, and sides such as Mashed Potatoes, Veggies, Stuffing, and House-made Mac N Cheese. When you see the Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake arrive to mark the finish of the meal, I know you’ll be happy. The lunch fare will surely satisfy your family, but dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern is where my heart lies!

If your 180 day before check-in mark has passed and you’re having trouble finding a reservation at your desired time, be sure to also check “off meal” times like an early dinner or a later dining time which may offer a slot for your party. You can also continue to check the reservations system, especially as your dining date draws nearer; often times tables will open up from cancellations. If I can help you find another delicious meal, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
