What is the difference between a kids meal and a checked kids meal on the menus?

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica!

One of my favorite things about visiting Walt Disney World Resort is all of the food options available for me and my family. I am always able to find tasty things for every member of my family, even my little kiddos! Mickey Check meals, denoted by the Mickey Check icon on menus at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, are meals that meet Disney nutritional guidelines. This means that the Chefs have worked hard to make these meals are both tasty and healthy for little Mouseketeers.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to three little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
