Hiya, Judy! Welcome to planDisney!
I’m happy to help clarify the difference between Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus tickets at
Walt Disney World Resort.
Park Hopper tickets allow you to visit multiple theme parks each day of your visit.
Park Hopper Plus tickets give you that same benefit of visiting multiple theme parks, as well as access to a Walt Disney World water park (either Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park or Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park, whichever is open), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail, Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4:00 PM), and Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4:00 PM).
If any of the additional offerings included in the Park Hopper Plus tickets interest you, they can certainly be a great option. Alternatively, if you’re mainly looking for the flexibility to hop between theme parks, Park Hopper tickets will do the trick!
When my family and I travel to Walt Disney World Resort, we love the flexibility that Park Hopper tickets offer. We’ll often take a short break in the afternoon and go back to our resort for a swim in the pool. Once we’re all refreshed, we’ll head into another park for the afternoon!
I hope that this clears up the difference between the two options, and will help you decide which ticket type is best for you!
Thank you so much for stopping by with your question, Judy! And if anything else comes up while you’re planning your magical vacation, don’t hesitate to come back and see us again!
Have a great visit!
Olivier
