Is there a difference in having e-ticket and paperticket? If I have an e-ticket what is the process of getting inside the park? Do I have to exchange to get a paper copy and get finger scan? Thanks

Hey there, Cheryl, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! Sounds like tickets are purchased, which can only mean one thing: you’re one step closer to your Disney Vacation dreams coming true!

Cheryl, there is no need for you to obtain physical Theme Park Tickets to access the parks. As long as your Theme Park Tickets are properly linked to your My Disney Experience account and showing in your mobile app, you can use the Disney MagicMobile Service to enter the parks! Creating a MagicMobile Pass is easy to do and can be done right from the My Disney Experience App. If you haven’t already, I recommend that you download the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone before you leave for vacation and check out a few of its features. The mobile app is extremely convenient and gives you a vacation command central in the palm of your hand. You can view your hotel room number, buy Genie+, mobile order food, and more — right from within the app!

I hope this helps, Cheryl! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
