Difference between a disney passport and. Annual passholder

Welcome back to planDisney, Wayne! You've asked an excellent question!

The Disney Premier Passport is the ultimate golden ticket for any Disney aficionado, as it allows access to all four Walt Disney World Resort parks and both Disneyland Resort parks for an entire year. My lucky friend, Tony, has one so he can visit "The House of the Mouse" on both coasts...that's a lot of quality time with the Big Cheese! In addition to no blockout dates, this Pass comes with some other great benefits, including unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads, complimentary theme park parking, admission to the Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks, and Disney MaxPass (offered only at Disneyland Resort).

Getting the Disney Premier Passport is a big financial decision, but keep in mind that there is a wide range of Annual Passes at both parks available (generally speaking, Disneyland calls them Passports, while Walt Disney World refers to them as Annual Passes). Disneyland Resort's Disney Signature Plus Passport allows guests admission into both California theme parks any day of the year without blackout dates. If you want unlimited fun in the Sunshine State of Florida, then the Disney Platinum Plus Pass is the way to go, as it grants access to all four Walt Disney World Resort parks 365 days a year. These are just a few of the options offered, so before making your decision, you'll want to do some research to find out which Annual Pass is right for you. Currently, the Disney Parks have temporarily suspended the sale of Annual Passes, so in the meantime, do some comparison shopping on the Walt Disney World and Disneyland websites. Walt Disney World also has a chat feature on their Annual Pass webpage, which is very helpful.

Thanks so much for visiting us, Wayne! We hope to see ya again real soon!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
