What is the difference between concierge level and club level at the deluxe resorts?

Hi Allison!  Love your question and wish I could say I have stayed on all club/concierge levels but let's just say it is a work in progress for me!

The concierge levels are the same as club levels in the Disney resort hotels.  A few years ago they decided to name the special lounges that are on these levels with a "club" name.  So when you hear about someone staying on the concierge level and then someone else staying on the club level it is just two different names for the same thing.

The Contemporary Resort actually has two concierge levels with one being on the 14th floor and called the Tower Club. The second is on the 12th floor and this is called the Atrium Club.  The Atrium Club has less food and shorter hours where it is staffed by cast concierge members.  The Grand Floridian also has two options for concierge service.  You can book the Main Building Concierge or the Lodge Concierge which is in an outer building.  Both have their own lounges or clubs.

Concierge service includes a lounge where food of some sort is served almost the entire day and up to about 10:00pm. Hot items are offered during the 5-7pm hours and often are foods that coincide with the theming of the resort.  For instance at the Animal Kingdom Resort you will find foods that are related to special treats from the African continent.

Guests who choose to stay on these levels also will have concierges who are there to help them with all aspects of their vacations from dining reservations to Cirque tickets to printing out airline boarding passes.  Most of the resorts will also have resort concierge service for the other guests in the hotel lobby.

Hope this explains the different terminology!
