    What is the difference between the annual pass silver and annual pass gold (we are DVC members)?

    Hi Bernard!

    Welcome to the planDisney Panel! As a Annual Passholder myself, I was excited to see your question! Let me start by saying that the sale of the Disney Annual Passes have been temporarily paused. There's no word as to when these will resume. The differences between the Gold and the Silver passes are the block out dates and the Photopass downloads.  The PhotoPass downloads are offered as a benefit when purchasing a Disney Gold Pass, Disney Platinum Pass or a Disney Platinum Plus Pass. The Disney Silver Pass does not include the PhotoPass downloads. Disney's PhotoPass Service is amazing! Although we all bring our cameras to the Walt Disney World Resort, there is no way our cameras can capture some of the amazing magic shots taken by the Disney Photographers! As a DVC member, (when the sales resume of course), you can only purchase the Disney Gold Pass, Disney Platinum Pass or a Disney Platinum Plus Pass. The Disney Silver Pass is only available to Florida Residents.

This is where you can find the latest news regarding the reopening and any updates as far as Annual Pass sales. Another option is to subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog, which is the best way to receive the latest information regarding the Disney Parks and Resorts, directly to your email! You can also follow Walt Disney World on the different social media platforms to stay informed.
