    For dietary needs one of our travelers requires a product that can be ordered from Amazon. Is it possible to have my shipment held at the Bell Captain Department until I arrive? The item they need is not available through Garden Grocer.

    Hi there Kathleen,

    I am no stranger to having items shipped to my Disney Resort prior to my arrival!  I have done this on countless occasions and my experiences have always been positive!  To obtain the correct shipping address, you'll need to contact your resort directly and the cast member who answers will be able to assist (or you can ask me here by providing your resort information).

    If your package arrives before you do, it will be stored behind lock and key, usually at a front desk office, until your arrival!  When you check-in, you will be notified that your package is waiting, and the cast member checking you in will retrieve it at that time!

    Be sure to include your name and check-in date on the line under the hotel's name when you enter your address at Amazon.com to expedite the process!
