    I didn't receive my qr codes email.

    Hi there, Tania!

    Since the reopening of the Disneyland Resort, we’ve seen a fast-paced series of changes in policies and procedures. The original implementation of the theme park reservation system included QR codes emailed to Guests that could be used along with our theme park admission. However, the use of QR codes with park reservations has been discontinued. Your Disney eTickets are now electronically linked with the reservations that show up on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page or the “Future Plans” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. When a Cast Member at a theme park entrance scans your tickets, they will automatically see your reservation at that moment.

    Tony’s Tip: If you have your ticket purchase confirmation email, I recommend having it handy on your mobile device. It’s not required. But just in case there are issues with your tickets , it may be helpful. Also, if you are using California Resident 3-Day Tickets, be sure each adult in your party has a valid photo ID with their current address to prove residency.
