Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your excellent question regarding your Theme Park Reservation for a
Disneyland Resort theme park. I fully understand your concern about not receiving your QR Code email confirmation – sometimes our little pal Stitch wreaks havoc and sends these important confirmations to the Spam or Junk email folders.
In the meantime, since you made your
Theme Park Reservation, you can access it by signing into your Disney account online and referring to your
My Disneyland planning to select the
Ticket and Reservation Details link. Or, you can sign into your
Disneyland Mobile App and refer to the
Future Plans tile to see your Theme Park Reservation. By selecting the
Tickets and Passes tile in the app, you will also be able to see your theme park ticket which you can use to present at the main entrance for scanning.
Tips:The
Disneyland Mobile App is a handy way to access the magic and manage your plans before and during your visit.
As an extra measure, I like to take a screenshot of my tickets and other reservations in the event of a connectivity issue.
