    What can I do if I didn’t receive my photos from Disneyland in front of the sleeping beauty? The cast member did scan my code

    Hi there, Grecia! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question. It sounds like you have returned home from a magical Disneyland Resort vacation. I hope you had a splendid time and made lots of wonderful memories!

    It can take up to 24 hours for your PhotoPass photos to appear in your Disneyland app or Disneyland Resort account online. I have even waited a few days for my photos to appear. If after several days your Sleeping Beauty Castle photos are still not loaded to your account, call PhotoPass Guest Support at (714) 520-7106. They can sometimes track down your photos with information like the date and approximate time the photo was taken, how many people were in the photo, and even what you were wearing. The PhotoPass folks are really good at finding photos and assigning them to the right account. Keep in mind that you have 45 days from the date of capture to download your PhotoPass photos unless you purchase an expiration extension.
