    Hello, i didn’t realize but i have two Disney accounts and made a reservation under the wrong account is there a way to merge the accounts?

    Technology in the Walt Disney World Resort has progressed so much over the years making your theme park experience so much better in many ways. There are some times, however, when technology gets the best of us and we need some help sorting this out. Not to worry Katelyn, you've got a friend in me with first-hand experience on how to resolve this situation. Let's get you some answers!

    The best place to get your situation with your My Disney Experience account resolved is by talking directly to a Cast Member about your situation. You can call Disney and explain to them that you have two accounts and need to eliminate one of them. They will then be able to verify which account you want to keep current and eliminate the other. They are usually able to get things like this resolved quickly, reestablish any links and get you back to planning your Magical vacation. 

    Your My Disney Experience account is so helpful before your trip in the planning aspect and research to get you ready for your trip. Did you know how much this will help you out during your trip as well? With your My Disney Experience app, you will be able to make purchases such as Genie+ for you and the whole party you are linked with as well as make Lightning Lane selections for everyone. At many locations in the parks, you can also browse through shops and make purchases of products through your app with Merchandise Mobile Checkout without having to wait in line for a cashier. The most time-efficient way this app will benefit you on your upcoming trip is with the Mobile Order option. Through your app, you will have the option to mobile order food and drinks right from your app, select a time you want them to be ready and you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. This will save you so much time rather than waiting in lines and is one thing our family uses the most during our trips to spend more time enjoying the Magic of the parks.
