I didn't realize our hotel parking is much closer than the Disney Parking lots. Am I able to get a refund on the 2 parking lot passes I purchased?

    Hi ya, Kellie!

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, I’m more than happy to help answer your question.

Unfortunately, according to the e-ticket terms and conditions, parking vouchers are nonrefundable. The good thing is, parking vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. So if you don’t need them this trip, maybe you can use them for your next visit.

If you’re like me, I’m sure you will have a second trip booked in no time. I can’t help but start planning my next visit the second I return home from my most recent trip. My son is the same! We both are constantly finding 3-day weekends or breaks from school so that we can plan a visit.

I’m hoping you can squeeze in a second visit before your parking vouchers expire! Plus, if you find your resort walk to be further than you imagined, you’ll still have the chance to use your parking vouchers during this visit.

    Have fun, Kellie!
