I didn’t realize disneyworld and Disneyland has different apps, I need to unlink my tickets from the disneyworld app and link them to the Disneyland app. How?

    Hi there, Christopher,

I’m sorry to hEAR about the mix-up with purchasing tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort. You may be able to see if your tickets are Walt Disney World Resort tickets by visiting the My Disney Experience website. If you see Walt Disney World tickets under the Theme Park Tickets and Passes section, you have tickets valid only at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

If you have used the My Disney Experience mobile app to purchase tickets but intended to purchase theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort using the Disneyland app, you will want to contact Walt Disney World Resort guest services to inquire about the possibility of converting your purchase to Disneyland Resort tickets. Normally, theme park ticket purchases are non-refundable. Hopefully, the Cast Members on the line there will be able to help make a conversion in order to get you on your way to a magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. You may need to help work out the situation from the Disneyland Resort side by contacting the Disneyland Resort tickets and information line as well.

I hope things work out for getting you on your way to the Disneyland Resort, Christopher. Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. If you any more Disney Parks questions, we are happy to help.
