I didn't realize I had to add my 1 year old to dining reservations. Will they still be able to accomodate our party?

Hi Taylor and welcome to planDisney!

Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do while on vacation!  There are so many delicious restaurants to choose from at the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and at Disney Springs.  It's hard to choose just which ones to visit!  We had a great meal at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park last night and will definitely be back!

When making Disney dining reservations, everyone in your party must be included in your total Guest count.  This is to abide by the maximum capacity that each restaurant has set to keep in line with the fire safety rules.  I suggest trying to modify your existing dining reservations to include your little one, which you can do on the My Disney Experience Mobile App or on the Walt Disney World website.  If you are unable to add one more to your party, you can ask at the check-in counter at the restaurant when you arrive.  In my experience, it hasn't been a problem to add or subtract one person, but it depends on how busy the restaurant is at the time, so it's not guaranteed.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
