I didn't ask my question right although she did answer some other stuff. If GG ends 01/2012, why do I still have to call to make hotel reservations for 7 adults & 2 kids and an infant? :( Can't they just do a must have # minimum to book the larger suit

    Hi Amber,

I'm not sure I am understanding your question correctly but I will happily try to provide you with some information regarding booking a Disney hotel reservation for a party of ten (7 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant).  Are you perhaps wondering why all guests' names in your party are required to book a two- or three-bedroom villa?  Upon check-in, each guest in your party is provided with a Key to the World card which gives him or her access to the room and a variety of other amenities at your Disney resort.  For instance, it gives each guest access to the pool and other recreational venues during your stay.  Since many travel groups of ten or more occasionally split up to enjoy the fun at Walt Disney World, it is useful for everyone to have his or her own card.

Just let me know, Amber, if I have misinterpreted your question.  I'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
