    I didn’t add the protection if I want to cancel my cruise do I need to add the protection?

    I am sorry you need to cancel your upcoming Disney Cruise. Hopefully you will be able to reschedule your sailing, and we will see you onboard real soon!

    Let's start with the Disney Cruise Line Travel Protection Plan. To add this to your reservation, you need to purchase it prior to making your final payment. I usually add the Travel Protection as you just never know what might happen. I had to use it one time when canceling a cruise last minute, and it was great to know I had the coverage (see plan details for exact coverage terms and conditions). 

    To cancel your cruise, give a call to Disney Cruise Line and have your reservation number handy. Let them know you need to cancel to see if you are within the cancelation window to receive a refund of your deposit or what your options are. If you booked through a travel agent, you would need to contact them to modify or cancel your cruise. 

    I'm sorry I cannot give a definite answer as there are many variables with your situation. Best wishes to you and I hope you will be rebooking your magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line!
