Hiya Nikki! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so glad you found
planDisney! We are a passionate group of Disney-loving panelists who love helping Guests with the ins and outs of their magical vacations. For us, all questions are great questions if it means it helps you on your way to planning the trip of your dreams.
Now, I see you'd like to visit the Disneyland Resort with your little one! How exciting! I find that every age is the best age to experience the Happiest Place on Earth! However, infants and small toddlers do come with their challenges, including messy diapers. Though my kids have outgrown this stage recently, I am all too familiar with that panicky feeling that sets in when you realize it is time for a diaper change.. and where should you do it?
Nikki, most
restrooms at the Disneyland Resort do offer changing tables, though I understand that you'd prefer not to utilize these. I think your best alternative is to check out the
Baby Care Centers while visiting the parks. These are not like traditional restrooms, but rather a "mom's best friend" when visiting the parks with small children! In the Baby Care Centers, you'll find quiet, open spaces and a cleaner changing space that is used far less frequently. Many parents do not know about these magical spaces, but once you do, there is no going back! You'll find microwaves, bottle warmers, small-sized toilets, places to nurse or pump and more. You are welcome to bring any of your own items into the Baby Care Center, so you could always bring your own blanket or changing pad to place on the changing table for that added layer of germ protection! My fellow panelists,
Kristin N. and
Tara shared
a tour of the Baby Care Center in each park that may help ease your mind about the diaper woes!
I'm sure your little one thanks you for always looking out for their health and safety! I hope you are pleased with what you see at the Baby Care Centers!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
