    Hello Ellen!  So, I had to pull my Disney magical calculator out for this one.  So here we go!  The $750 gift GC w/o DXDP is a good option if you do not plan to have 3 meals each day. The $750 GC option allows you and DM to utilize your money towards any participating Disney operated restaurants or retailers.  If you do not load up on food, you can load up on Mickey memorabilia.  
    Option number two allows you to enjoy 3 meals a day,  2 snacks and one refillable mug per adult.  You may want to browse the Deluxe Dining Plan by clicking here.  
    I have estimated your meal to be $73.00 per night per person.  It appears that you are staying for 5 nights, so we are looking at an estimated $730 for the DxDP.  Ultimately, it looks like both options break even. 
    What would I choose?  I really enjoy experiencing character dining, fine dining and dinner shows.  It is nice to know that my food budget is taken care of.  When I am at the most magical place on Earth, I want to see ALL that Disney magic has to offer.  Disney Dining is part of that experience.  When calling Disney dining at (407)WDW-DINE, ask a cast member for their advice.  If you select the dining plan, start setting your reservations 180 days prior to your arrival.
      I know it is a lot, but I know you and DM will enjoy either option.  Have a magical journey!
