    Hello, Lezlie!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Great news!  You will be happy to know that you will be able to utilize the Disney Gift Card at all the restaurants you inquired about.  I was sure about Chef Mickey's and the Rainforest Cafe, but a Cast Member researched House of Blues and T-Rex and all was a go.

    Since I have not experienced T-Rex "birthday style":, I inquired with another Disney Moms Panelist who assured me that she was serenaded with "Happy Birthday" along with a small dessert.
