Hi Diane, Day 1 of trip on June 3, 2013 will be our honeymoon + DW birthday. Going to AK for day; then V&A (hopeful Chef's Table) for Dinner + maybe doing CIF @ DD. After dinner what else to do to make even more PERFECT EVENING? Does not have to be @ D

    Hi Nicholas,

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage; Walt Disney World is a wonderful place to share some of your first memories as husband and wife.  I'm sure whatever you plan will be truly special.

Animal Kingdom will be a fun way to spend the day. Have you considered ???? It's a truly unique adventure.  Victoria and Alberts is a beautiful birthday treat.  You'll want to take your time and enjoy dinner.  It usually takes 2-2.5 hours. Your best bet may be to just return to your resort. You could surprise her with a gift from Disney Florist.  A Wish Come True is a romantic, 2 day surprise.  I also like Presenting your Royal Princess and From Mickey & Minnie with Love.

Characters in Flight is currently closed until further notice, so that might not be an option.  If you are looking to add something else to the evening, maybe consider a carriage ride through Fort Wilderness or simply strolling along the beach, hand in hand at the Polynesian.  Find a swing to sit in and watch the fireworks over the Magic Kingdom.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
