Hey there, hi there, ho there, Laureece! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thanks so much for stopping by with your question!
First of all, I have to say that you have a beautiful name. I've never seen it before, and I think it's so unique! But coming back to your question, I am happy to report that the
Walt Disney World Resort does offer the Disability Access Service (DAS) to Guests with cognitive disabilities who may have trouble waiting in standard queues.
Of course, I am by no means a doctor, so there is no way for me to determine whether or not your disorder qualifies for the DAS. In your case, what you'll need to do is head over to any
Guest Relations location within the Walt Disney World Resort and request the activation of the DAS pass. Once you do this, the Cast Members stationed there will ask you a series of questions to decide if you do qualify, but I must warn you that this is entirely up to them.
Laureece, if the Guest Relations Cast Members decide that you meet the requirements for the DAS, they will explain just how the service works when they activate it for you. Now, even though they won't ask for any specific medical proof, I still encourage you to take something with you just in case. You never know when that might come in handy!
Thanks again for stopping by with your question, my friend. It has been a true pleasure helping you out today! Please don't hesitate to come right back with any other questions you might have. We're always available and happy to help!
See you real soon,
Ana Paula
