Hello, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease a year ago. I wanted to visit Disney with my husband and kids, and was wondering if you give passes to skip the lines. I have toilet urgency and fatigue. But I don’t want my kids to miss out on disney

    Welcome to planDisney, Dina!

Thank you for taking the time to send us a question! As a fellow international Guest, I am thrilled to assist you as you plan a Walt Disney World Resort adventure for your family!

The Most Magical Place on Earth is also one of the most inclusive travel destinations I have ever visited! You will soon find out that Cast Members go above and beyond to make sure all Guests feel included and accommodated. Since you have a medical condition, I recommend checking if you are eligible for Disability Access Service (DAS), a fantastic program offered at the theme parks to assist Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue. DAS allows Guests to request a return time for a specific experience that is comparable to the current standby wait.

I am happy to share that eligible Guests can pre-register for (DAS) in advance online via live video chat. You can pre-register as soon as 30 days before your visit from the comfort of your home! In addition, be sure to contact the Special Diets team at, and they will be happy to help you plan safe dining adventures for your Disney vacation.

I hope this information is helpful, Dina! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
