    I am diabetic. what if any help can disney give me about my diabetic supplies?

    Hi Anthony!

    Just so you know each park has a first aid department where you can keep your medicines refrigerated if you need it.  Also, if you are carrying syringes into the park, please make sure that you tell the Security Guard that they are there before he searches your bag. 

    If you need any other help regarding this please let me know.  My mom was diabetic and my sister is too.  I'd be happy to help you make your vacation stress free.
