We are going to DHS on the 9/23 and wanted to see Fantasmic!...Do i have to make a dinner reservation to watch the show? If not what restaurants can I still see this show at?

    Hi Genieva!

Fantasmic! is really a great show, one of my favorites! To see it, you don't have to have a dinner reservation, however there is an option to book a Fantasmic! Dinner Package, which may or may not be of interest to you.

First, the show is held at outdoors and is viewed from the stands in the amphitheater, not from the restaurants. If you plan on attending and have not booked the Fantasmic! dinner package, you'll need to line up one hour and a half before show time. Plenty of guests will be waiting along with you! The best seats in my opinion are not exactly in the front, but more towards the middle and back rows.

If you do book a Fantasmic! dinner package, you'll only need to line up 30-45 minutes before show time, as guests on the Fantasmic! dinner package have a section in the amphitheater reserved. The dinner in your package usually happens earlier in the evening, and at times may even be considered more of a late lunch, so there is usually time between your reservation and the showtime. There are also some lunch reservations available depending on the date. The restaurants currently participating in the Fantasmic! dinner package are Mama Melrose's, Hollywood Brown Derby, and the Hollywood and Vine. To book the Fantasmic! dinner package, you'll need to call (407) WDW- DINE.

Hope this helps! Come back to the Moms Panel if you need anymore help!
